Grant Recipient Profile:

  • You have had  multiple sclerosis for more than one year (verified with a doctor’s note).
  • You live in New England.
  • MS is a factor in your challenges either to find employment, to change employment or to stay employed.

 

Process for Becoming a Grant Recipient:

  1. Read about working with Rosalind at her website, www.cicoach.com, to learn how working with a career coach who understands chronic illness can help you be more productive and successful in your work. 
  1. Contact Rosalind (use the contact form on her website or email her, Rosalind@cicoach.com,  for the pre-coaching assessment form and getting started.
  1. Fill out The Kelly Packowski Foundation online grant application  (1 page)   http://www.kpmsfoundation.com/grant_application.html and mail it to them. 
  1. If you are approved, contact Rosalind to get started.

 

Funding:

  • The Kelly Packowski Foundation will fund a maximum of $2,000/year/person for individual coaching with Rosalind Joffe.
  • Services include two, one hour phone coaching sessions/month and unlimited email
